Office and Customer Support Coordinator (m / f)

We are looking for an Office and Customer Support Coordinator who will support the day-to-day operations of Audiovision.

The role will involve administrative, accounting and client support tasks. The role has a big potential for professional development in the future, especially in the accounting and marketing areas

YOUR TASKS :

Office management and customer support

Follow up with key stakeholders

Marketing and sales support depending on experience

Reception management

Bookkeeping and accounting support

Invoice processing and management

Bank booking and reconciliation

MUST HAVE :

Fluent French and English

University Degree (ideally in business or accounting) or equivalent experience

Experience in office environment (preferably 3+ years)

Attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills

Communication skills

Professionalism, Teamwork and Proactivity

NICE TO HAVE :

Luxembourgish, German, any other additional languages

Experience in office assistant or manager function

Experience in accounting (invoices, accounting systems)

Marketing experience or demonstrated interest

Marketing and office software skills and desire to learn

IT knowledge, skills and interest
