To assist with the supervision of a portfolio of clients, Marsh Management Services Luxembourg S.à r.l. is seeking candidates for the following position : Account Manager / Accountant (m / f).

The Account Manager will :
demonstrate adaptation to the changes in a regulated environment in constant evolution
develop his / her client facing skills with his / her clients

We will count on you to :
The ideal candidate should have an accounting qualification and / or 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting of clients’ accounts.
Your responsibilities are mainly in the accounting area and include :
Financial statements preparation
Presentation of the financial statements to the Board of Directors
Establishment of statistics and budgets
Controlling re / insurance premiums and claims
Establishment of regulatory reporting
Execution of ad hoc company governance tasks
Preparation of tax declaration, V.A.T.
Preparation of Board of Directors or other meetings with the help of the Legal Secretary Office
Liaison with insurance companies, banks, actuaries, external and internal auditors of our clients
What you need to have :
Accounting skills must include experience in closing entries / establishing balance sheet and profit and loss
Experience of 2 or 3 years is an asset but we can also accept first time job depending on the qualities of the candidate
A good knowledge of multicurrency accounting and PC software
English level minimum C1 is mandatory. Working knowledge of French and / or German is an advantage.
Insurance experience or knowledge would also be considered as an asset.
Experience in an international fiduciary environment is also
Good IT skills
Client facing skills is an asset
