To support our growth we are currently seeking an Administrative Operator to join KPMG Services (PSF) S.à r.l. which is an IT-

and managed-services service provider in the financial sector.

You will support our team in Luxembourg with the gathering of the data, which is mostly located in the banking- and finance sector.

Your role and responsibilities :

  • Preparation of incoming documents for electronic imaging by reviewing, prioritizing, and batch processing of a variety of documents;
  • Accurately sort and process documents received;
  • Analyzing of documents in a work queue in order to validate document characteristics and ensure accurate data entry is completed;
  • Efficient time management, prioritization and organization to meet deadlines;
  • Provide a variety of administrative support duties including responding to requests from customers regarding unidentified or missing documents;
  • You will bring your excellent organizational skills to the advantage of the team to meet tight deadlines;
  • Collaboration within an international project team.

    The perfect candidate :

  • Mittlere Reife , GSCE , le brevet or a comparable graduation along with a apprenticeship in the business sector;
  • You are proactive, flexible and service oriented;
  • You are a team player and display a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
  • You have outstanding organizational skills and an ability to manage your workload under pressure;
  • You are skilled in typing and familiar with the Microsoft Office applications;
  • You have good communication and writing skills in German and English, every other language is an asset;
  • Work experience in the field of electronic data management is considered an asset.
