Your responsibilities A team size of 6-7 FTEs .
Test Manager needs to have strong stakeholder management capabilities as he will need to limit access to business stakeholders to get the knowledge of the product and achieve the results.
Testing scope is Regression Testing and UAT.
The IT team will deliver to the test team after their Integration and System Testing.
The Tech SME's of the product currently does the testing but they do not produce much documentation but they have been very effective.
The desire is not to change their process.
The Test manager needs to manage the scope well and focus on testing at the business process level rather than getting involved into details.
There will be need to travel.
Production Data will be used for the testing.
Requirements Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Approximately 3-5 years experience in a similar position Management of a team of 6-7 FTEs.
