Are you looking for a new challenge? One of our client, a leading law firm in Luxembourg, is looking for its new AML / KYC Officer.

You will join their compliance team and support two managers on the day to day basis, working on clients such as banks, insurance companies, asset management or even real estate clients.

You will also be working in the city center of Luxembourg, near the ;

Your tasks :

You will deal with KYC documents regarding client's transactions relating to their core business;

You will work closely with the managers on some clients files;

You will be involve in the life of the Compliance department and will be asked to be involved in its evolution;

You will have access to specific information and you will have the responsibility to verify their reliability;

You will monitor client transactions and evaluate risks, you will also have to respect deadlines on clients matters;

You will prepare KYC files for client's acceptance committee;

You will have to update regularly KYC data and keep updating the system following regulations;

You will have to review KYC records;

Your profile :

You have at least 3 years of experience in an AML / KYC position;

You understand regulatory and Anti-money Laundering aspects;

You are fluent English / French , mandatory;

You are very rigorous and commited;

You are flexible and adapt quickly to new situations and all types of clients;

You are familiar with MS Office;

Our client offers a remuneration based on your profile, around 55k (adding Pension plan, Health insurance and meal Vouchers).
