Role Description Due to fast growth, B2Holding Group is now strengthening its central Investment Office in Luxembourg.

We are looking for a hands-on financial analyst with a background in investment / portfolio management / controlling (or a related field), analysing and overseeing portfolio performance across the entire Group.

Responsibilities Support the performance monitoring process in the B2Holding Group to supervise the work-out performance of the operating platforms and understanding the performance of non-

performing loan portfolios Analyse, evaluate and interpret appropriate financial, business related and statistical data Support periodic forecast revision processes, liaising with investment and finance teams of B2Holding entities Ensure, monitor and analyse the existing portfolio Support the gathering of business and system requirements necessary to deliver change Develop and document business policies, conduct special financial and business-

related studies and cooperate with other departments in the preparation of analyses Report directly to Head of Group Portfolio Management Qualifications Education and experience : University degree in Finance, Economics or a relevant field Minimum 2-

  • 3 years of work experience preferably in Corporate Finance Experience in financial analysis, performance management / reporting, controlling or related functions;
  • Experience in NPL investments and / or real-estate related investments being an advantage Experience in developing financial models and reports Good-

    IT skills (Microsoft Office strong Excel); Knowledge of database systems and SQL being an advantage Solid understanding of Finance (Accounting principles and Reporting) Skills : Fluent in English Ability to communicate on all levels in a multi-

    national organisation Ability to independently analyse data and build financial models to solve business problems Excellent written, oral and presentation skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new business areas in a fast-
