Senior Transfer Agent Specialist Alternative Investments We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our European Distribution Operations Team as a Senior Transfer Agent Specialist, supporting our growing team located in Luxembourg.

In this role you will take an active part in the setup and monitoring of our outsourced transfer agent activities during the life-

cycle of illiquid alternative investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg, UK and France with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the set-up of new alternative investment funds at the transfer agent including the design and refinement of the future target operating oversight model for our alternative investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg, UK and France Co-

ordinate the setup of contractual agreements, service level agreements and operating memoranda and review the documents from a subject matter perspective Lead the monitoring of day-

to-day activities within the defined provider governance and ensure outstanding service levels Support all life-cycle activities of alternative investment funds such as capital calls, distributions, regulatory reporting (CRS / FATCA), equalization activities Interact with business development to support the client onboarding process Act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners regarding the activities related to the transfer agent Key Requirements / Skills & Knowledge 5 years or more of experience either within transfer agent business or related areas covering alternative investments and / or private equity Good knowledge of the regulatory environment of Luxembourg, UK and France Exemplary problem-

solving skills paired with project management skills as well as the ability to multi-task and handle deadlines without supervision Experience in working in a dynamic and close-

knit atmosphere, being able to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships in a global business environment Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel) Fluent in English, knowledge of German or French or Italian would be an asset We offer an attractive, performance-
