Missions
Working on the Southern Europe and Latin America Desk of the sales division of CACEIS Bank, Luxembourg Branch, the Relationship Manager is the key point of contact for the clients assigned to him (asset managers, financial institutions from the private and public sectors, corporate clients, etc.).
He ensures customer satisfaction concerning the services supplied by CACEIS and the diligent and professional handling of all requests from clients. Accordingly :
He analyses all problems submitted to him and involves the teams concerned in order that appropriate solutions may be found, as part of an approach aimed at ensuring continuous improvements in the service quality provided to clients, with the twofold objective of ensuring customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty.
He knows the clients assigned to him. He completes and updates strategic client information sheets, making it possible to have an overview of the main areas of development for the clients concerned and their satisfaction levels.
He inputs data into the CRM solution including client data, visit reports and sales campaigns in order to produce available performance indicators.
He implements the Business Action Plan for existing relationships (loyalty-building strategy) : retain business / increase wallet existing clients.
He coordinates the monitoring of CACEIS’ service quality locally and internationally by organising monitoring committees and due diligence reviews, in addition to the implementation of promotional campaigns, the analysis of requirements and the submission of reports to the management.
