Your responsibilities :
Client servicing including : incorporation of companies,
Coordination of day-to-day client company operations and transactions,
Review of accounts, reports, drafting of shareholder and board meetings,
Ensuring an in-depth knowledge of your client files, including KYC and AML aspects,
Effective and responsive client communication,
Development of a thorough product and general knowledge of the industry,
New business development from your portfolio of clients,
Take up directorships in client companies,
Ultimately responsible for the client files,
Keep the client companies in legal good standing.
Your profile :
A law, economics and / or tax degree,
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position with a law or a professional services firm,
An excellent written and spoken knowledge of English. A good knowledge of any other European language is a distinct advantage,
Good presentation and client service oriented,
Able to solve problems, work independently as well as a member of a team,
Excellent communication and organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines.
