About the Role :
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a BI Business Partner Analyst who will be working in the Business Intelligence department.
Main Responsibilities :
Support the generation and update of standard or custom reports summarizing brand data for Global Marketing and Strategist Teams;
Perform structured analysis through a transversal reading of all the sources / databases in order to support key stakeholders on projects and researches;
Provide competitive analyses (categories / manufacturers / brands trends) on request;
Become an expert user of the Group’s BI platform (PowerBI) and provide support to internal stakeholders during the transition to the new data catalogue system.
Who we are looking for :
A degree in Economics, Statistics or related;
2 or 3 years of prior working experience in a similar role in a Manufacturer Company, Consulting Company, or Research Institute;
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
Flexible, at ease in team working & project management;
Good knowledge of Retail and Consumer database preferred (Nielsen, IRI, GFK, Kantar, Euromonitor, Mintel).
Fluent in English;
Any additional language will be considered a plus.
IT Skills :
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience with BI tools preferred (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau);
Any programming language knowledge or experience with statistical programs would be a plus : R, Python, SQL.
