In order to support the growth of our Advisory team, we are currently looking for a : Senior / assistant manager - Management Consulting (m / f) In your role, you will :
Be responsible of the coordination and the follow-up of different projects. In this role, you will work on assignments with focus on project management, regulatory - and compliance topics, and sustainable finance.
Develop detailed project plans, anticipate risks and plan mitigations ahead of time;
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
Conduct a variety of analyses to support the development of client solutions (such as materiality assessments, gap analysis, reports, and recommendations for clients);
Understand not only project-related but also general business needs and requirements of clients;
Contribute to the preparation of proposals (project acquisition) to support business line development;
Contribute to the management of relationships with clients;
Together with the consulting Partner, you will assist and foster the development of the BDO advisory Management Consulting offering;
Be part of a dynamic and growing business line within BDO Luxembourg;
Your profile : If
You have a master degree in Management, Finance, Economics or comparable professional education in relevant fields;
You have at least 3 years of experience in the financial sector and ideally in a consulting environment;
You have experience in project management, and you know perfectly the lifecycle and the phases of a project;
You have experience in managing multiple projects at a time, and prioritizing in order to meet deadlines;
You are open-minded and interested to regularly engage on professional development and learning;
You are a fast learner with the ability to understand even the most complex matters in short time; you approach any new topic and client-related matter with curiosity and high motivation;
You have strong problem solving skills;
You have very strong communication skills and can express yourself precisely, coherently and concisely;
You can work autonomously as well as part of a team;
One or more of Industry certifications is an asset - AgilePM, PMI- ACP, SAFe, CSM / PSM, PMP, Prince 2.
You are fluent in English (written and oral). French is an asset.
