Travel Required : Frequent travel Contract Duration : Permanent Shift Work : No First point of contact for the stations in for any sales related matters for Europe, Africa and the Middle East Developing sales and marketing opportunities Negotiating sales terms and conditions with customers Accepting cargo in coordination with Revenue Management Analyzing regular statistics on tonnage & revenue achieved to monitor performance Attracting new customers and increasing the total customer base Supporting the stations in achieving their tonnage and revenue targets Perform effective sales support and guidance to all sales staff Supporting any sales opportunities both internal & external Essential Requirements For The Position : Master's degree At least 5 years of experience in a sales position Minimum 5 years of experience within the air cargo industry with a major airline or forwarder Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior management level Have excellent know-

how and experience in the air cargo industry Have highly developed skills in interacting with people of various cultural backgrounds Excellent interpersonal skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to deal with ambiguity and change within a fast paced environment Be able to deal with tight deadlines Be assertive and able to work independently Be fluent in English and German, any other language is considered as an advantage Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Working Conditions : A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection Periodical travel On-call availability
