STRATEGIC PROGRAMS, DIGITALIZATION,QUALITY & AUDITS COORDINATOR LUX

French-English (m / f); R.C.S. grade K

Accountabilities :

In tight cooperation with the (BE)LUX Management Team, as well as the European and

Global organization, coordinates the good achievement of all activities related to the Quality

Environment Management Systems, ISO certificates and Digitalization for Luxembourg

Promotes the company as a Provider / Investment and Employer of Choice by ensuring the

continuous improvement of its processes.

Purpose :

Promote the good use of all the available tools and methods to detect opportunities for

improvement, identify proper root causes, define the best solution and control its efficiency in

the long term (internal audits, FIRST CHOICE, I.C.C.C., N.P.A .)

Deploy any programme or project linked to Continuous Improvement, Go Green or

Digitalization

Ensure the maintenance of the Quality & Environment Management Systems, including the

ISO Certificates and any / other related label

Promote DHL as a Provider of Choice by using the Customers’ feed-back as an opportunity for

improving Customers’ satisfaction and loyalty

Promote DHL as an Employer of Choice by using the Employees’ feed-back as an opportunity

for improving Employee’s Engagement

Promote DHL as an Investment of Choice by continuously looking for excellence and process

efficiency, fostering performance optimization and digitalization

Be and act as the Ambassador of Excellence, engaging the teams in always looking for

delivering the best possible Quality, considering the Environmental aspects

Together with the internal Continuous Improvement team, acts as a business consultant to

provide advice and accompany the Management team in improving the efficiency of their

process / activities and look for their digitalization whenever possible.

Profile :

  • Project management skills (organization / planning) with a business cross-functional approach
  • Good understanding of digitalization methods and tools
  • Sound knowledge of the ISO (9001 + 14001) standards
  • Proven experience in managing Quality & Environment Systems, and / or improving process (at
  • least 3 years)

  • Focused, Can Do, Customer oriented and Excellence driven
  • Pro-active and analytical skills
  • Social, negotiation, interpersonal, coaching and communication skills
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Quality Management or Business Administration
  • Sound communication skills in French and English.
