Lawyer In-House Legal Officer for Private Equity Funds
An outstanding global Asset Manager, over 20 years’ experience, is currently looking for a new addition to their legal team.
The firm work with alternative funds, but this role will focus on private equity, and potentially some debt.
As part of the team in Luxembourg, you will work with the other European offices on a very regular basis, not just overseeing legal documents, but being heavily involved in all transactions, and advising the investment managers.
This role will be quite a technical legal role, and so bar affiliation is essential to have, either in the past or from any country.
You will be involved in all of the investment transactions, working with deal teams and negotiating so law firm experience is a must have so you are familiar with the environment.
You will get a lot more exposure to internal teams, clients and investors so everyday is different with further responsibility.
