IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT OFFICER M / F CDD 12 months To conduct testing and application upgrades of the company’s ticketing system SD+ measure SLAs and KPIs work with the relevant stakeholders and team to identify issues and new requirements in order to improve the quality of service Monitor daily Service Management processes (incidents, problems, changes, ) Maintain Service management processes documentation Communicate key incident that have an impact on business Produce monthly SMO statistical reports to management Keywords for this job are coordination, monitoring and improvement.
