Senior Compliance Officer, ManCo (m / f) ING Solutions Investment Management (ISIM) is looking for a Senior Compliance officer to support the current and planned developments of its activities in Luxembourg.
Your working environment ISIM is a subsidiary of ING Luxembourg. ISIM benefits from the status of a Super ManCo as it has the licenses to manage both UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).
ISIM oversees Investment Funds distributed by ING group entities.Launched in 2014, ISIM is the Management Company ( ManCo ) of ING Group and is pursuing its development as a key tool for Investment Fund solutions within ING Group offering Luxembourg and foreign funds.
Job description As the Compliance Officer of the ManCo, you will :
Establish, implement and maintain adequate policies and procedures including the Compliance policy and charter designed to detect any risk of failure by the ManCo to comply with its regulatory obligations, as well as the associated risks, and put in place adequate measures and procedures designed to minimise such risk ;
Monitor and, on a regular basis, assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures, policies and procedures put in place and review the actions taken to remedy any deficiencies in the ManCo’s compliance with its obligations;
Advise and assist the relevant persons responsible for carrying out services and activities in compliance with the ManCo's legal and regulatory obligations;
Assist and advise the senior management on issues in compliance and standards by drawing its attention to changes in standards which may have an impact on the compliance area;
Raise awareness of the staff about the significance of compliance and related aspects and assist them in the daily activities relating to compliance.
To this end, the Compliance officer will also develop an ongoing compliance training program and ensure its implementation;
Report on a quarterly basis to the senior management on matters of compliance, indicating in particular whether the appropriate remedial measures have been taken in the event of any deficiencies;
Report on an annual basis to the CSSF in accordance with the CSSF 18 / 698 requirements;
Monitor and ensure the Company’s compliance in the field of AML / CFT;
Endorse the responsibilities of MLRO and Responsible of the Control ( RC’) for respectively the ManCo and for the Luxembourg funds managed by ISIM and report to the respective Boards of Directors of the Fund;
Complete the CSSF AML questionnaires as required;
Ensure adequate legal and regulatory watch together with the Legal team of the ManCo.

Your profile Knowledge and experience
Master in Law or in economics / finance
Strong Luxembourg regulatory knowledge in Fund industry including CSSF 18 / 698, FATCA, CRS and AML / CTF
Relevant experience of minimum 7 years in the fund industry in a similar position
Appropriate certification in a compliance or AML specialisation preferable
Status of recognised compliance officer by the CSSF will be considered as an asset
Knowledge of the investment fund Belgian, Dutch and / or Irish laws would be considered as an advantage
