    About the Job

    As an assistant within arapidly growing team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range ofcorporate finance and transaction - related assignments in an EMIEA - wideintegrated TAS practice of one of the world's largest accounting and advisoryfirms.

    Your clients willinclude private equity funds, large and mid-market corporates. As well asfounding entrepreneurs looking to expand their business through M&A ordivest / exit their existing investments.

    You will be involved in performingfinancial due diligence on companies across multiple industries and geographieshelping your clients to identify value drivers and potential risks as part oftheir pre-acquisition investment decision-making and transaction structuringprocess.

    You will be part of aLuxembourg-based diligence team working on different types of corporate financeprojects (buy-side and sell-side due diligence, data room preparation, SPAreview and bidder Q&A) primarily in different EU countries and NorthAmerica.

    You will also have the opportunity to work with other regionalteams (France, UK, Germany etc.) to support their respective clients.

    You will help clientsmeet their strategic objectives through M&A advice and support in theirrespective clients. You will help clients meet their strategic objectivesthrough M&A advice and support in their acquisition target search, targetapproach , due diligence coordination, valuation and deal negotiation) anddisposals (sell - side lead advisory).

    About you You hold an MBA or Master degreewith specialization Audit, Finance, Economics or Accountancy.

    You are fluent in English,French and / or German.

    You are dedicated to continuedprofessional development and will be willing to pursue ACCA, CFA or comparablequalification.

    You are ambitious,success-driven and eager to learn.

    You have a mental stamina andthe mindset to work long hours and under pressure.

    You display the ability tocommunicate effectively and act as a team player. Application process
