About the Role :
We are currently looking for an Europe Area Commercial Quality Support who will support the Europe Area Quality Manager in effectively managing the overall quality performance within the respective Area along the value chain through a continuous and regular collaboration with the local quality teams to implement quality guidelines defined centrally, manage qualitative problems at a local level and develop and spread the quality culture.
OVERALL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Take part in Area governance mechanisms (e.g. area industrial site visits, etc.) and in new projects related to the development of the quality in the Area;
Support the definition of strategic KPI’s / indicators at a commercial level for monitoring performances and improving the quality level;
Spread the Ferrero quality culture and the KPI system within the perimeter of competence;
Relate with the Regional Quality Manager on a regular basis to monitor the overall quality performance (i.e. define the content feedback reports, schedule updates / follow up meetings, define a timing / recurrence of meetings, etc.);
Develop quality projects within the reference area;
Ensure homogenization of activities between the different regions.
Guarantee that Quality Guidelines and Methodologies are correctly applied and followed at the Area and regional level and provide feedback on possible constraints at the local level;
Ensure the implementation of quality improvement plans in the area with the quality teams of the countries;
Provide feedback and improvements to the central teams in case of ineffective application of established rules and methodologies;
Support the effective collaboration between local and central teams to improve existing guidelines;
Ensure that all quality activities are regularly in place and facilitate the relation and preparation of documentation prior to audit visits.
Support the Area Quality Manager in the management of critical non-conformities / incidents on the commercial side and activate a specific Task Force to accelerate problem resolution);
Activate adequate corrective actions and communicate with specific technical matter experts (e.g. Quality Account, Food Safety, etc.);
Carry out Root Cause Analysis on occurred problems and propose & define actions to avoid re-occurrence.
LOCAL TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Assess regularly quality resources in the regions to ensure that an adequate number of resources & skills are present and verify possible training needs for local resources;
Regular on-site visits to relate with local teams, to collect inputs & feedback and to share improvement actions.
Who we are looking for : Profile
MSc in Food Management or related field;
At least 5 years of experience in Food Commercial Quality in a multinational environment;
Knowledge in Markets, Commercial Audit, Panel and Supply Chain;
Result-oriented, problem solving and attention to details;
Availability to travel.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English;
Any other language is a plus.
