As a member of the EU Reverse Logistics Operations (ReLo Ops) Quality team, the Program Manager drives ReLo Quality which includes dimensions such as Customer Experience, Asset Recovery, and Concessions.
EU ReLo Ops run over 15 Customer Return operation Centres across EU.
The Program Manager fills the Subject Matter Expert (SME) role for some of the crucial processes, product segments, and metric tools.
He / she initiates and manages cross-functional, cross-departmental and international projects and improvement programs.
The Program Manager independently analyzes KPI performance and processes, identifies opportunities for process improvement or defect elimination, and achieves process optimization, including new process definition - either for specific product segments, or overall.
He / she creates new metric tools, pilots them with Operations partners, and rolls them out across all EU Return Centers.
ReLo Ops key metric tools cover all ReLo KPIs on EU Program level as well as Operational level (Return Center and below).
The role will include 30-40% of business travel, mostly across EU.
