We are looking for a Helpdesk L1&2 speaking German, French and English fluently to reinforce the team of one of our clients.

Your main responsibilities Level 1&2 support Document the incidents Escalation procedure Interacting with customers by email to provide information in response to their requests Undertake customer complaint's handling and administration Ensure that quality service is delivered Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers Work on customer satisfaction Your Profile You have at least 1 years of experience in a similar position Fluent in German, French and English.

Any additional language is considered as an advantage Used to work with Windows environment Used to work with ticketing system Highly problem-
