PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
The Learning Specialist utilises a range of LMS technology to bring the right training to the right team member at the right time.
They deal with all issues raised by members of the training audience and support the Learning Manager to evaluate the effectiveness of the training library and to track and report on training completions.
In parallel, they work on specific projects to create content for the training audience by working with Global equipment specific experts to develop standard, multi-
lingual training materials that scale alongside our growth. Their aim is to provide a simple, friction free learning path for each of our staff that allows them to own their own development within an EU standard framework.
Maintain the content library in the Learning Management Systems (LMS) for the complete team population.
Troubleshoot training issues raised by the training audience.
Create, upload, version control and evaluate the effectiveness of individual training items.
Create and analyse training completion reports.
Maintain and update internal web pages that describe training programs and content.
Support additional projects, training and standardization initiatives as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Experience working with LMS in a corporate environment
Experience creating e-learning content
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Additional European language skills (Czech, French, German, Italian, Polish or Spanish)
Experience with Cornerstone LMS
Experience hosting virtual learning with software such as WebEx
Experience working with iSpring / Articulate Storyline or other e-learning software
Experience with MS Access, Tableau or SQL reports
Experience with MADCAP Flare
