In order to support the growth of our Human Resources team, we are currently looking for a : Human Resources Business Partner (m / f) Your next challenge : Within our dynamic Human Resources Team, you will actively participate in areas of various HR fields and act as key support for a dedicated service line.
Under the supervision of a Manager, you will :
Be the key point of contact for management by providing advice on HR matters including, performance management, employee relations, personnel development and employee engagement;
Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, actively participate to recruitment events, promote our firm on all levels and manage the onboarding and new hire process;
Advise, coach and give employee guidance to improve work relationships, motivation and hence retention;
Be responsible for career development and support as well as oversee performance policies and reviews;
Build collaborative and close working relationships internally with all the parties and external providers and / or other stakeholders;
Advise in HR tools, instruments and HR best practice;
Participate to HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR activities by providing ideas and suggestions.
Your profile : If
You have a Master’s or Bachelor degree in Human Resources;
You have 3 / 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner specialized in talent acquisition;
You are used to work with a HRIS; knowledge of MPLEO would be an asset;
You know the Luxembourg labor law;
You are proactive and service-oriented;
You have strong analytical skills and attention to details;
You communicate easily and can work autonomously as well as part of a team;
You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of German and / or Luxembourg is an asset.
