About theRole :

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg , we arecurrently looking for a motivated intern to become an active part of our GlobalTalent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team and support them in all their daily activities andprojects in a six-

month internship experience(starting from May 2019) . The primary focus of therole will be to develop a positive perception of Ferrero as anemployer and ensure we attract the best possible talent to ourorganisation.

We are looking for someone who is confident withdigital marketing techniques and social media, with complimentarycreative and analyticalskills.

MainResponsibilities :

  • Manageand populate our social media content calendar and contribute tothe longer term editorial plan.
  • Working with agencies, generate contentthat we can use to attract our main target profile types.
  • Working with internal stakeholders aroundthe globe, gather, curate and post content relating to company newsand activities, CSR and other content in line with the editorialplan.
  • Contribute to the furtherdevelopment of the Employer Brand Ferrero, creative concepts andcareer page.
  • Monitoring andoptimizing the success of employer branding activities by trackingkey performance indicators (KPIs) related to social mediaactivities, google analytics and Talent Acquisition outcomes.
  • Take on responsibility in the maintenanceof the Applicant Management system.
  • Prepare KPI reports to steer the candidateexperience of globalrecruiting.
  • Who weare lookingfor : Profile :

    Profile :

  • Studentor Graduate (Bachelor / Master) in HR, Business Administration,Economics or related fields;
  • Any experience inemployer branding, digital comms or digital marketing is consideredan asset.
  • Analytical skills and a data drivenapproach to decision making and measuringoutcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and projectmanagement skills.
  • Flexibility andadaptability.
  • ITSkills :

  • Good skills inMS-Office applications (PowerPoint,Word);
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e.pivot table, v-look up).
  • Languages :

  • Englishis mandatory;
  • Any other language skills areconsidered a plus.
