You will be responsible for designing and executing the on-line content strategy and for driving customer conversion across all product categories to support Dutch-

speaking customers as part of EU Expansion Team. The role will require in depth understanding of merchandising principles, customer journey and success criteria.

The Marketing Manager will be required to dive deep into site analytics to make the customer journey and navigation simpler.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in on-line marketing management within the retail industry. You must be able to communicate effectively across teams and levels, and use data to prioritize strategic opportunities within a dynamic business environment.

A successful candidate for this role is an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines.

The candidate must also have proven data analysis skills and success in delivering customer engagement by helping customer discovery and adoption of new products in a crowded environment -

as well as be a passionate advocate for customers, their on-site experience, and their ongoing interaction with Amazon.

The position is based in Amazon's EU headquarters located in Luxembourg.

The role can be offered as both full time and part time.

Responsibilities

  • Build out content strategies for site programs that improves customer experience and maximizes conversion.
  • Running A / B tests to optimize creative and campaigns
  • Segmenting and targeting customer with the most relevant content to build the most engaging on-site experience
  • Partner with internal traffic teams to build out scalable direct response marketing solutions
  • Evolve and manage the customer life cycle management program
  • Partner with the product team to build the product roadmap that will drive long term success
  • Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting
  • Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase teams effectiveness against marketing goals
  • Own reporting of key business metrics to the broader organization.
  • 2-5 years of experience in on-line marketing management
  • Demonstrated experience using analytical skills and the ability to use customer research and data to develop on-line marketing strategies
  • Excellent project management skills, including work prioritization and project planning
  • Strong leader who can communicate clearly across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record collaborating successfully with internal teams and delivering results
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong intuition for understanding User Experience and customer messaging; the ability to harmonize customer experience across multiple channels and marketing vehicles
  • Dutch language skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
  • Track record of managing and optimizing online traffic growth from multiple sources including, direct traffic, SEO, search marketing, banner ads, affiliates, social, and email
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
