The objective of the role is to offer a best-in-class’ service to the internal business stakeholders and to our clients at all times.

Role and Accountabilities :

Manage the Finance team (three direct eight in total) : set annual objectives for your team and organise regular bi-annual reviewsoverall responsibility for ensuring key processes and procedures are documented and followedoverall responsibility for ensuring all client reporting deadlines and compliance obligations are met(including income tax returns, VAT returns and all other deliverables pursuant to each client mandate)review and sign-

off where required work performed by the teamprovide support to the team to solve technical issuesassist and lead, as required, negotiations with third party service providers on scopes of work, fees,service delivery and act as the escalation contact to resolve issues

Provide AIFM expertise : conduct day-to-day risk management activitiesdraft pre-deal / quarterly / annual risk reports and present to the Portfolio Management Committeeprovide back-

up cover for our other risk managerQuarterly review of NAVs including discussion with asset managers and review of external appraisalsReview of AIFM Annex IV reporting and AIFM & management feesTransfer Agent oversight of AIFs (e.

g : review of investor on-boarding documentation, capital call notices,distribution) :

lead and support on-boarding of new AIFs : assist with preparing AIFM fee proposalsobtain fee quotes from service providers for central administration, transfer agent, depositary, audit,tax advisory work, etc and prepare recommendations and complete appointment formsreview commercial terms of depositary agreement and central administration / transfer agentagreement and liaise with the providers directly to set up operating memorandumsreview of LPAs, offering memorandums and term sheetsreview of AIFM service and advisory agreementscommunication with auditors for accounting principles

Assume director mandates on GP / Holding Companies / SPVs managed by the groupBased on the experience of the candidate and on business development, there will have an opportunity to evolve as Conducting Officer of the AIFM in charge of Risk in the next 6 to 12 months.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Qualified and Experienced Accountant with relevant 5 years’ experience in a similar position ideally in a realestate organisation or auditor in a big 4 already working on Real Estate ClientStrong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressurePrevious risk management experience within a real estate asset manager will be an asset, as would alreadybeing an approved CSSF manager or conducting officerGood problem solving and analytical skillsSelf-

motivated with ability to work independently as well as being a team player able to adapt to differentpersonalities and stylesStrong work ethic and positive can-

do’ attitude with ability to meet deadlines and takes initiativeHigh level attention to detail and conduct sense checks on all workPro-

active and strong communicatorOutgoing personality and ability to engage at all levelsFund and / or property accounting knowledge would be an assetFluent in English, French is desirableAbility to travel when needed
