Job DescriptionAs we are currently in the process of revamping what we do and how we do it within the Transaction Monitoring team, this is a perfect time to join us during this exciting phase! Your main missions are as follows : Transaction Monitoring & Validations

Ensure adherence to AML-CTF legislation and regulations, in addition to internal processes and procedures

Transaction reviews on both incoming and outgoing flows

Validations of transactions

Further analysis and investigation in case of doubt / suspicion of irregular or possible fraudulent activity, in order to escalate to Senior Compliance Analyst

Diverse Request Handling (Internal & External)

Be a point of contact both internally and externally, for queries in relation to specific transactions / Clients, from Partner Banks, Platforms, Internal Departments, etc.

Perform relevant checks and verifications prior to answering, in adherence with internal procedures

Deep dive investigations on transactional patterns

Regular deep dive investigations to be performed on individual platforms to build a risk-based analysis across the portfolios

Identification of patterns

Knowledge share within the department of findings

Ad Hoc requests

Punctual ad hoc requests as needed for the smooth functioning of the department

QualificationsWe are looking for someone English and French speaking, with an inquisitive and curious mind, and an interest in payments and technology.
