Introduction

You have a first experience in the Alternative Investment Fund Sector as a compliance or legal officer and would like to join a structure where you can continue to develop your knowledge but also have a good work-life balance?

Indeed, an AIFM counting 15 persons is currently looking for a junior compliance officer to join their team. They have a very strong team spirit and the conducting officers are always available to answer the questions their team-

members might have. With a good staff, they pay attention to keep a good work-life balance which avoid to have a big turnover.

Besides, you also receive daily trainings and work hand-in-hand with the conducting officer to improve your skills.

Responsibilities

Compliance officer - Your responsibilities :

You answer the day-to-day compliance issues and queries.

You monitor the adherence to AML activities and advise the business relating to KYC / AML issues.

You update the KYC files.

You take care of the onboarding of clients.

Profile

Compliance officer - Your profile :

You have a first experience in a similar position even if you will get trained to improve your competences.

You have a comprehensive knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulatory and legal requirement and keep update with the new regulations.

You speak fluent English and German
