Our company is a service provider which performs administrative, bookkeeping services to Luxembourg commercial and soparfi companies.
Your mission :
Scan and verify all incoming invoice through the company accounting software (BOB);
Prepare the annual financial statements, VAT and corporate income tax returns;
Prepare the interim / periodic financial statements and periodic VAT returns;
Process all incoming internal request for payment and bank instructions;
Process Bank Statements and prepare Reconciliations sheets; Act as back-up within the accounting team and perform other administrative tasks.
Your profile :
You have a degree in Accountancy;
You have an experience of 2 / 3 years in a similar position in Luxembourg;
You have ability to work in a well-organized, accurate and reliable manner;
You have ability to work autonomously as well as in a team;
You have good communication skills;
You are good to analyze and resolving office administrative and procedural problems;
You speak fluency in English and French;
Any other language being considered as an asset.
