We are currently looking for a Global Brand Manager who will be responsible for Tic Tac Limited Editions & Tic Tac Brand Lines Innovation.
The position is based in Luxembourg .
The role has two main perimeters, both with worldwide scope of implementation.
The ownership and the coordination at global level of all Tic Tac innovation activities (from concept generation, to research / test phase, to product and packaging developments, to innovative marketing communication campaign set-up) related to : Limited Editions ( Seasonal activities)Brand Partnership (for Global Brand activations and Global Brand events)
The ownership of all the product development and global marketing activities related to new Tic Tac Brand Lines able to enlarge the Tic Tac Power Brand portfolio in new market segments (e.
g. Tic Tac product innovations in the Gums segment, Tic Tac product innovations in the shelf Family Candies market). Main objective : development of USP product innovations with a 360 global marketing mix definition.
Global ownership of projects development overall project management activities ;
R&D activities on product innovations;
R&D activities on new flavors development;
R&D activities on format management (packaging design, packaging materials, new formats)Team management;
Researches and Coves activities set-up, analysis and validation plan to evaluate the potential of innovation projects;
Innovations technology on product and packaging Brand assets for In&Out activities (e.g. Write on pills’ technology, Print on pack’ technology);
Coordination in multi Countries activities cross-fertilization and implementation (e.g. for In&Out global Activity Grid definition);
Responsibility of P&L innovation projects (e.g. In&Out activities business case);
Global ownership of Integrated Marketing Communication development for Limited Editions Brand Partnership and for new products;
Management of global Brand partnership activities;
Budget management : monitor the costs versus budget and, if necessary, recommend and implement corrective actions.
5 - 7 years of experience in Marketing (a Degree in Marketing is considered as a plus);
Expertise of FMCG and Brand Marketing environment;
