Job description : Mission You will be responsible for the overall quality of deliverables for the Private Equity and Real Estate Department, working independently from the operational teams and reporting directly to the Head of PERE and Alternatives.

Responsibilities Understanding the role and responsibilities of each team member.

Defining the control framework.

Reviewing and improving existing operating procedures and controls.

Becoming the escalation point for operational errors.

Putting forward solutions to cover identified risk / operational errors.

Defining and producing KPIs / Reports to communicate on quality activities .

Setting client service standards.

Assessing client requirements and ensuring that these are met.

Profile Education & Background : University degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Management or an equivalent qualification.

Five to ten years’ experience in similar functions and / or a similar activity.

Knowledge of the Luxembourg funds industry / regulation.

In-depth experience with alternative products (i.e.

PERE investments).

Personal qualities expected : Organisational flair and a keen eye for detail.

Flexibility and adaptability.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Fluent in English and French.

Any other EU language would be an asset.

Client oriented.

As the successful candidate, your main attributes will be your precise and rigorous approach when seeking information and a keen sense of initiative to help solve problems.

You will also have an enquiring mind, be a quick learner and have well-developed critical faculties.

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate and to improve your PERE-related skills while benefiting from work with a dynamic team.
