We are a small, growing, fund and company administrator with a diverse client base, a large part of which is composed of real estate and debt investors.
We are looking for an Administrator for our office in the centre of Luxembourg-Ville.
She / he will be responsible for company secretarial and administrative tasks for clients in our portfolio.
Work with the rest of our team to ensure that client transactions are executed efficiently and well-documented; Liaise with notaries, lawyers, property managers, banks, auditors, tax administrations etc.
Liaise with advisors, notaries, property managers, banks, auditors, tax administrations etc.; whilst respecting the statutory and regulatory environment our company and our clients operate in.
Able to work proactively and independently, but recognize when help is needed; Affinity with numbers is a plus.
