Principal Regional Commercial Manager Joint Ventures and Third Parties- (JV & Third Party) (3 openings)

As a Principal Regional Commercial Manager JV & Third Party you will deliver a portfolio of SCM products and services to specified Joint Ventures and Third Parties who you will persuade of the commercial gains from outsourcing elements of their procurement activities to the Vodafone Procurement Company.
You will fully understand the SCM, Technology Category experience, and JV & Third Party strategies and make a significant contribution to their execution.
This will include planning and delivery of Technology category direction for an exciting region of Ethiopia / Kenya / central Africa prime focus on Ethiopia.
In this role you will be exemplary in developing deep and wide cross functional customer relationships and managing JV & Third Party and SCM stakeholder interests to drive customer satisfaction performance and ensure the customer is at the heart of decision-making and deliver customer satisfaction
Develop and deliver a documented delivery plan for each of their accounts, with clear milestones & performance tracking
Build qualified pipeline of attractive SCM propositions across the product portfolio for customers. These will support the acquisition and retention policies of Joint Ventures and Third Parties whilst delivering agreed annual revenue / margin goals
Communicate a clear delivery portfolio to, and support the commercial offers of Joint Ventures and Third Parties Account Managers
Win, develop and retain large and / or complex SCM business in accounts
Develop and maintain strategic deep and wide cross functional relationships across their accounts

You must have
University Degree, preferably with a Masters or equivalent in business management
Deep knowledge of Telecom & Cloud Infrastructure Markets, Supply Chain dynamics & key players and strategic sales approaches
Category management in Technology experience
