The EU ATS HR team is looking for a strong Project Manager to join the team. In this role you will lead and continue to grow HR projects underway as well as delivering some of the key EU strategic HR initiatives that are to change the way we operate our business, with high visibility to the business.

The primary focus is on creating tools which support a flexible Workforce, Organizational Talent initiatives, Reporting and Systems enhancements as well as driving HR excellence, continuous process improvement and analytics.

Role Description

This role is both, a strategic and hands-on. The HR Program Manager owns and drives the entire project cycle from initial conception, initiation through to design, test and roll-

out of the specific initiatives in a complex and fluid environment. To achieve this, the Project Manager will work closely with key subject matter experts and decision-

makers across the business, including Senior Business Leadership, HR, Operations and support partners. Strong stakeholder management skills is required, with the ability to influence on different organizational levels, elicit and work with knowledge from across the organization and to define and gain buy in for clear plans of actions in an ambiguous environment.

You will liaise with Seattle partners leveraging best practices and representing the European side of the business. This role will serve as EU and WW point of contact for projects.

Broad scale thinking is a must.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to :

  • Deliver the talent agenda with the establishment of key mechanism across EU ATS, to include quarterly talent meetings, succession planning across businesses, and compliance to multiple global and local talent metrics.
  • Work with agreed project teams and ensure that all strategic projects are progressing and delivering agreed results on time and in budget.
  • Focus on supporting the development of technology that will enable workforce flexibility initiatives and help drive Operational goals.
  • Build and maintain successful partnerships with the EU HR team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors across EU and WW Operations network, including regular reporting on project progress and status
  • Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability. Conduct post-implementation evaluations, utilizing skill to deep dive and identify under-
  • performing aspects of the process, and act as a trouble shooter.

  • Directing, supporting and coaching project(s) leads and team members.
  • To be considered for this role candidates need to clearly demonstrate the following basic qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree, in Human Resources Management, Business or a related field
  • Proven experience and expertise in HR within an intense fast paced customer driven environment. Working knowledge of key trends, concepts, technology and changes in HR both from a specific EU country and Legislative perspective.
  • Hands-on experience in managing projects in an international or matrix environment with involvement in both, design and implementation
  • Experience in project management and facilitation of process improvement initiatives with a thematic focus on either of the following areas
  • o HR Optimization

    o Continuous Process Improvement

    o HR Technology / Systems implementation

    o Workforce Flexibility / Workforce Planning

  • Working with small and international project teams to deliver results. Utilizing experience supporting improvement activity and workshops through consulting, coaching, and training.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze data succinctly, drawing conclusions and making recommendations based on the outputs
  • Ability to influence and educate, acting as a coach and counsel helping stakeholders to understand the why’ behind asks and actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Self starter, that has a high level of ownership, strong drive with a bias for action. Must be willing to be hands on, being resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity while delivering results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels in a matrix organization
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Ability to articulate across different levels of key stakeholders, being able to share program progress, opportunities and needs.

  • Master’s degree in a related discipline
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs working across multiple EU countries, and North American taking legislation variations into consideration.
  • Usage of standard change management methodology; ability to simplify complex topics and deliver training and communications to broad and international audiences.
  • Ability to define technical requirements and working with systems resources
