Aim The Head of Saleswill lead the AWE team, our affiliate management program, and isresponsible for setting up, executing, and managing the salesstrategy and adjoining sales plans in line with the company’slong-term business strategy.

With us, you will do Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annualsales plan, and projecting expected sales volume for existing andnew business partners Creating the individual sales andmotivational plans for team members, and establishing andmaintaining a cooperative atmosphere in order to achieve companyplans / goals Continuously collecting and analyzing sales and relateddata Working closely with the Marketing, Product Management andCustomer Support Departments Cultivating effective businessrelationships with executive decision makers of key accountsManaging, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating thesales force to develop their skill to ensure a high professionalstandard and that monthly sales target and KPI target are metAssisting with the development of sales presentations and proposalsInvestigating lost sales and customer accounts Controlling expensesand monitoring budgets Developing promotional ideas and materialActively performing as a sales team member in the most importantdeals Attending industry events and summits to make new dealsExecuting any other professional task given by the directsupervisor Tracking, collating and interpreting sales figuresGenerating timely sales reports Developing pricing schedules andrates Formulating sales policies and procedures Conducting marketresearch, and competitor and customer analysis Analyzing data toidentify sales opportunities What we expect from you Bachelor’sDegree in Marketing, Communications or related field 8+ years salesexperience Track record of superior performance metrics Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills Strong decision-makingabilities In return, you will get An attractive salarypackage that matches your role and responsibilities.
