participateon an ongoing basis to cross knowledge sharing and processesimprovement Assist the change management process in ensuringefficient organization of large projects impacting directlyoperational processes, systems, technology and wider organization.
The transformation projects are key to the Company’s future successas they are aimed at improving the organization’s qualitative andquantitative performance.
The primary responsibility will berelated to the identification of the best change managementpractices / strategies and their implementation, aiming to increaseefficiency by minimizing the employee’s resistance.
Activelycontribute to capture and develop a structured change managementmethodology and thus helping to propagate a culture of changewithin the Company Profile : 5-7 1-3 years of experience in asimilar position, preferably in a consulting company or,eventually, in the Luxembourg non-life insurance sector Preferredlevel of qualification : Master and / or PhD in Management (or anequivalent degree) to bring the most recent best practice modelsfor change management and adapt them to our reality.
SCIS platformand BO tools experience is a must; SICS P&C Universe is a must Multi-task prioritization ability combined with greatinitiative and "can-do" attitude Pro-active and flexible workloadapproach with problem solving skills Team player withentrepreneurial mindset, self-disciplined, with a strong sense ofleadership and ability to work both within the team andindependently Ability to communicate clearly and accurately withboth business partners and colleagues Knowledge of projectmanagement approaches, tools and strategies on project life-cycle.
