We are looking for a talented lawyer to lead and support our EMEA Operations activities (Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing) The position is based at our European Operations headquarters in Luxembourg.
Some European travel may be required. Responsibilities : You will serve as the primary lawyer responsible for advising the business on a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory.
You will work directly with the business, serving as legal counsel on strategic deals, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-
litigation legal disputes and inquiries. This includes : Structuring, drafting and negotiating all type of commercial agreement (Purchasing of goods (MRO) or services (logistic, marketing, IT, etc.
Contribute to and providing legal training and coaching to the Operations teams on various legal and compliance matters To join our team you will need : Education Master degree in law (Private law or Business law).
Admitted to practice as an attorney in the European union. Languages Fluent in English. German and / or French would be seen as an advantage.
Experience At least 7 years’ experience as lawyer in a reputable law firm or in-house. Experience in procurement, manufacturing or supply chain will be considered as an asset.
