We Offer

Would you welcome the opportunity to become a member of the Corporate Department of Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A.? Your role will be to perform all administrative and secretarial duties related to the corporate governance and domiciliary agent function of the company, covered investment funds and entities domiciled with Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A.

  • You will be responsible for day-to-day administration of our portfolio of investment funds / entities;
  • You will organize and convene board and shareholders’ meetings, take notes or dictations at meetings;
  • Draft and circulate board / shareholder resolutions;
  • Physical and / or electronic filing and record keeping of all legal documentation as may be required internally or by Luxembourg Law and regulations as well as records and database maintenance;
  • In this function, you will coordinate director’s internal approval process and liaise with notaries, lawyers, banks regulatory authorities and external auditors for requests related to legal documentation and maintain / manage corporate related internal lists and procedures;
  • You will liaise with third-parties, e.g. custodian banks, local administrations and any other relevant internal and external counterparty to craft a network with positive working relationships;
  • You Offer

  • First professional working experience (1-3 years) in a similar position in the fiduciary or domiciliation environment in Luxembourg;
  • You possess knowledge of Luxembourg investment funds and commercial companies;
  • You have a sharp eye for details with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment;
  • You are highly motivated and well organized with a can-do approach;
  • You are dedicated with a positive personality and passionate about handling multiple challenging priorities;
  • Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal), knowledge of German and / or French would be a plus;
  • PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent professional and client service attitude;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills;
  • Your experience in working in an international multi-cultural environment enable you to contribute to the team’s success;
