Reporting to the Director, Head of Compliance Advisory in Luxembourg, the Senior Manager will be a key stakeholder in RBC I&TS’s regulatory change process.

Through diagnostics, gap analyses and impact assessments, the Senior Manager will support the implementation of new EU, international and local regulatory initiatives throughout the Bank.

He / she will also represent RBC I&TS in industry working groups addressing regulatory policy developments. With his / her expertise, the Senior Manager will be a trusted advisor to the business and senior management.

He / she will be part of an agile and dynamic team. What will you do? Identify, assess and advise on new and existing EU, international and Luxembourg applicable laws, regulations and other regulatory texts impacting RBC I&TS Provide professional advice to the business and provide constructive challenge to its views and plans.

Represent Compliance in implementation projects of regulatory changes Work with local compliance officers in Europe and Asia to proactively share information / intelligence concerning regulatory developments Communicate and coordinate responses to new regulatory developments across RBC I&TS and manage the relevant management information for relevant internal reporting, including the assurance of a timely and adequate management of RBC I&TS key RCM program elements related to regulatory change process Contribute to the employees’ compliance awareness raising through presentations on various regulatory topics What do you need to succeed?

Must-have University degree in the area of Finance, Law, Business Administration or similar Solid knowledge of the regulatory environment gained in a bank, asset manager, consulting or law firm Capability to engage with different stakeholders and partners Very strong oral and written communication skills including an capacity to translate and simplify complex requirements into simple language (and build professional presentations) Good working level of English Nice-to-have Experience with project management of large regulatory projects Proficient Excel skills What’s in it for you?
