JOB DESCRIPTION :

You will work in a small and dynamic team and act as a support for our Talent Acquisition team in the following tasks :

  • Organising interviews with candidates;
  • Drafting contracts and administrative follow-up;
  • Administrative day-to-day tasks (filing, scanning of documents, copying, etc.);
  • Updating HR databases;
  • Maintaining job boards (local & International);
  • Organising and attending of job fairs or other recruitment-related events;
  • Applications screening;
  • Conducting phone & physical interviews with applicants
  • YOUR PROFILE :

  • You are a current student at University (min. Bachelor in Human Resources or with Human Resources major);
  • You are fluent in English (knowledge of French and / or German will be considered an asset);
  • You have very good knowledge of Windows 2003 / 2007, MS Office as well;
  • You have good communication skills and a strong team spirit;
  • You combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail
