Institutional Investors Client Line Manager
Luxembourg, Ireland and the Channel Islands (M / F)

The role will be focused on the Institutional Investors Client Line activities for Luxembourg, Ireland and the Channel Islands region

Your Mission :
Conduct regulatory watch and analysis on impacts for investment funds and / or asset managers clients
Anticipate, analyze and appreciate the impact of regulatory evolution on product / business areas (excluded MFS) / clients (ie ManCo)
Building and ensure transversal regulatory expertise (cross-product, cross-regulation) for the region
Build & animate the relevant governance with the regional stakeholders and obtain the necessary support and regulatory guidance for them to work on solutions for their domains
Support BP2S position on regulatory changes to industry bodies in strong coordination with legal teams, client delivery and regulatory project office
Share our knowledge, understanding and interpretation of regulatory change based on a pedagogic approach with internal stakeholders
Act as a go-to-person for questions on local regulation
Contribute to Client Development and MarkCom initiatives to :
Improve client satisfaction and communication around regulation and market practices
Participate in client-facing activities in coordination with Client Development
Maintain a network of external contacts and industry associations that support the activity and help to raise the profile of BP2S
Articulate and execute a development plan for AM in full alignment with the regional ambition, strategic focus and priorities :
Identify Regulatory evolutions and address new clients' needs and product development requirements
Analyse Market trends, drivers, client dynamics, wallet size, growth opportunities in the location
Collaborate with EMEA solutions & global products team to ensure local specificities are considered and existing local portfolio of products and solutions maintained
Educate Client Development teams on solutions and product capabilities
