What does a Team Assistant do?
As a Team Assistant, you are part of a dedicated client servicing team consisting of legal, accounting and supporting staff all working closely together.
Each member of this team has their own responsibility to provide a high and consistent quality of services.

What we are looking for
We seek a team player who can work independently, is detail oriented, stress resilient and available at short notice. To be successful in this position you need to be have at least two years of relevant working experience in a similar role, ideally in the financial sector, and preferably a professional diploma in secretarial studies.
If you are proficient with Microsoft Office tools and fluent in English, French or German (a good working knowledge of another language such as Dutch, Italian or Spanish is an asset) , we invite you to apply for the Team Assistant role.
