FundRock Management Company S.A. ( FRMC ) is a leading independent third party Fund Management Company providing management company services to Luxembourg, Ireland and UK domiciled collective investment schemes in accordance with the respective regulations.
Due to the expansion of the company, we have an opportunity for an Admin Support Administrator to join our team based in Limerick, Ireland.
Purpose of the role :
The primary responsibility of the Admin Support Administrator is to support the Administration Support Manager in ensuring that the operational business needs for Fund Rock within the Administration Support team are met;
specifically facilitating and reporting on Fund Data, Fund Pricing, dealing with Investment Manager queries and General Administration Support Tasks and providing operational support to all other areas within Fund Partners.
Key Responsibilities includes :
ØTo run and accurately process reports pulled from the Fast Answers systems and provide these to the relevant Investment Managers and departments within Fund Partners;
ØTo review the pricing data and liaise with the Fund Accountants to assist with dilution levies and dilution swing pricing;
ØTo review the prices of the funds on a daily basis, and assist the Fund Accounting department with the Stale Pricing;
ØTo produce and review the internal KPI packs and report these to the relevant Investment Managers;
ØTo produce Quarterly Review Packs for the Tier 1 sponsors;
ØTo review and assist the IFDS AMC team with the AMC Invoices paid by BACs;
ØTo review third party administrators and complaints and forward all departmental breaches on to the relevant Investment Managers and update the internal breach and complaints registers;
ØTo review all documents sent out to the clients for the Fund Partners funds;
ØTo support the investigation and delivery of information required for external third party administratorsto complete agreed processes;
ØTo review all dealing referrals and update the internal terms listings (D91);
ØTo provide data vendors with new / updated information regarding the Fund Rock fund range whilst maintaining a good working relationship;
ØTo maintain a good working relationship with the Investment Managers, andthe CRM and third party administrators;
ØTo undertake the processing of administration and operational tasks;
ØTo undertake the processing of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly administration tasks, handling sensitive information and undertaking regulatory checks;
ØTo support new business and change management projects;
ØTo support the delivery of platform data to the relevant platforms;
ØTo assist Fund Rock departments with all operational tasks.
Key Attributes and Qualifications
ØExcellent numeracy and literacy skills (ideally GCSE / GCE Maths and English at Grade C or above);
ØStrong Microsoft Office knowledge, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word;
ØPrevious experience within a financial background or within an administration team;
ØGood industry knowledge coupled with a willingness to learn and expand;
ØAbility to respond to all queries in a concise and professional manner;
ØAbility to problem solve and create more efficient working practises;
ØHave excellent attention to detail;
ØDemonstrate abilities to work as both part of a team and individually in order to juggle multiple tasks;
ØDemonstrate the ability to organise daily workloads to the maximum potential;
