Reporting to the European QHSE Expert your role is to ensure compliance and continual improvement of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations of our European headquarters and 21 subsidiaries.
You will assist with all relevant QHSE reporting, customer satisfaction campaigns, risk assessments, work accident investigations and auditing.
To ensure compliance you will regularly carry out safety walks and audits in accordance with our QHSE processes, procedures, and formal checklists.
Your responsibilities : Maintain and continuously improve the existing management system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, later also ISO 45001 Maintain QHSE documents database (Process Instructions, Work Instructions and Supporting documents according to the relevant ISO standards) Plan, conduct and document European Internal Audits and Supplier Audits Plan, prepare and support European Third Party Audits Forge a QHSE network by developing and conducting regular training measures and workshops Record and monitor customer complaints and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Create, assess, and utilize data reports to capture and report QHSE accomplishments Improve process of gathering and analysing customer feedback, report level of customer satisfaction including the identification of improvement measures Realise communication and awareness campaigns in regards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Improve QHSE awareness and customer orientation within our organization Ensure premises is fully compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements and other those of interested parties Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies including safety workgroups, periodical inspections Support the existing Travailleur désigné and all QHSE relevant delegates and internal committees Support the overall organisation in identifying performance measures, related assessments, best practices to achieve operational excellence.
Driven by the ultimate goal to improve overall QHSE-, customer- and efficiency thinking of the entire organisation Qualifications Your Profile and Key Skills : University degree in Engineering or similar Education with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the fields of QHSE Certified Travailleur Désigné or willingness to receive training and certification Detailed knowledge of relevant QHSE standards and tools such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, FMEA, 8D, problem-
solving, risk management, LEAN, Kaizen etc.
In-depth knowledge of Luxembourgish legislation relating to Health & Safety and Environmental requirements Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, and German / French are an advantage Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multi-
