Then, we might be able to help you, for one of our clients which is a solid group and has been a top Employer for several years - we are looking for a : FA Client Reporting Officer (M / F) Your mission : · Management of new Priips / Mifid Legal requirement · Assist and coordinate the actions between all the shakeholders· Produce perfomance fees file · Produce report and statistic on Ongoing Charges Ratio, Other Ongoing Cost by taking into account the commercial and legal requirements : · Assist and answer to clients queries · Assist clients in the KIID production process · Manage requests and information received in the common inboxes.

Manage and follow up on e-mails received on the electronic mailboxes· Supervise the production of AF reports : manual AF reports, pre-dividend AIFMD report, asset test calculation,.

Ensure quality of production and respect of delivery deadlines.· Produce KPIs for top management : Produce KPIs / activity overview based on production quality and on-time delivery Your profile : · You have at least two years of experience in fund accounting activity· You have a Master or a diploma in economics, finance or in accounting· You have excellent communication and writing skills in french (C1) and in english (C1) other languages are considered as an asset.
