Provide support to strengthen the Company’s governance with automation
Manage, define and develop automation to strengthen, streamline processes and controls to create efficiencies and mitigate risk
Support change managment between AXA IM and our Internal and Outsourced Service Providers
Perform and where appropriate enhance the required administrative tasks in order to support the Outsourced Service Providers and internal functions
Education / Qualifications
the person must be motivated and team orientated
Any additional degrees, qualifications or certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial industry and products.
Understanding of the asset management business.
Experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
Microsoft Sharepoint tool knowledge and / or curiosity to learn in orderto develop and maintain the sharepoint tool
Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint, VBA and ability to develop macros or other programs. Knowledge of SQL, HTML, XHTML, XML and Visio would be a plus.
Ability to develop macros, access database tools to assist enhance automation would be considered a plus
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
