We are currently looking for a Security Officer tojoin our Risk & Compliance department. ABOUT THE JOB TheSecurity Officer supports the organisation and management of theBank’s overall information security by assessing security risks andcontributing to the implementation of our information securitystrategy and framework.
In addition, the Security Officer willsupport facility management activities in sustaining a workingenvironment that respects safety, physical security andenvironmental standards.
The Security Officer will be responsiblefor the following activities : - Support the implementation ofthe Information Security Management System (ISMS) and KPI dashboard- Assist Project Office and other departments in ensuringinformation security during the implementation of projects- Monitor the information access management process andregularly review the access rights for digital and non-digitalassets for all employees and external resources - Collect andevaluate operational incidents related to information security,identify correlations and issue regular reports to identify trendsin operation risks - Actively ensure that the appropriateadministrative, physical and technical safeguards are in place toprotect the bank’s information assets from internal and externalthreats - Cooperate with IT and external teams for theplanning and the execution of security tests - Develop andreview IS awareness trainings for all employees - Contributeto the planning and implementation of the Business Impact Analysis(BIA) and Business Continuity Planning - Manage the buildinginfrastructure and the maintenance of the facilities through thedevelopment, implementation and monitoring of maintenance plans(e.
