Your tasks Installation, maintenanceand troubleshooting of the global infrastructure based on Microsoft& Windows Manage the migration of the entire IT infrastructureto a new datacentre Enable the journey towards cloud services(public, private & hybrid solutions) Resolve third-leveltickets and support requests alongside external partners inaccordance with SLA’s Document ongoing IT processes related toServices & Support Communicate and cooperate with externalsolution partners Collaborate with other internal IT departments toimplement the global technology standards Perform installationroutines (patches, updates, etc.
for unique software and differentcomponents Your profile Bachelor’s degree in computer science or arelated field Deep knowledge in Microsoft Cloud roadmaps (O365,Teams, Azure) Demonstrated experience in working with MicrosoftWindows operating systems and platforms as well as withvirtualization platforms (VMware / HyperV) Knowledge of securityapplications and systems (Antivirus, threat detection, SOC)Experience in the management of VDI solutions (VMWare Horizon) isconsidered an asset Knowledge of the ITIL framework is consideredan asset Team player with excellent communication skills in avirtual team environment with the ability to present ideas in aclear and concise manner Excellent interpersonal skills with theability to communicate at the appropriate level of detail andtechnical content for the target audience Great organizationalskills with proven analytical, problem-solving attitude and theability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload Fluency inEnglish is mandatory, German and / or French is considered as anasset For more information please contact Zach TRAER by phone on+352 661 774 476.
