Our Design2Costfunction has transformed the way our Supply Chain thinks and operates and aimsto embed Cost and Value creation consciousness into the DNA of the entireVodafone organisation.

With us you will :
Plan and execute end-to-end teardownsacross all Vodafone hardware categories (Networks / IT and Enterprise / Products & Services), including identification of key Cost drivers andprocesses
Estimate bottom-up should-Costusing expert tools
Prepare, plan, and conductidea generation workshops to identify product optimisation opportunities
Keep stakeholders andmanagement informed on status, issues and results
Act as Center of Excellencefor the holistic D2C methodology e.g. provide training and advice as needed,and drive D2C methodology throughout OneSCM
