SOGETI is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join its Configuration team and as a key member of the Desktop team, you will manage the full lifecycle of the Windows10 Image.
You will be part of a team which interact with other team-members from SOGETI, in a multicultural and prestigious environment.

Your challenge / your responsabilities : Responsible for the Window10 image Lifecyle : create, test, deploy and troubleshoot all images related issues;
Update standard images; Responsible for managing images on different platforms : physical computers, Tablets, Citrix and VDI;
Methodically troubleshoot issues & incidents; Provide systems analysis techniques; Create and maintain accurate documentation;
Develop and customize application packaging task sequences; Write scripts and PowerShell programs to automate and refine processes used to support the images and packages;
Create / Administer / Troubleshoot Active Directory Group Policies; Continue to develop skills, knowledge and ability to improve processes and procedures, and keep updated on trends and developments in the industry.
This included meeting annual personal development goals. Qualification / Technologies : Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system features and key upgrade requirements;
Working technical knowledge of Microsoft's SCCM, primarily focused on image management, packaging and patching; Experience in Framework and Software Distribution management Tools such as SCCM and / or USMT;
Strong experience with creating and managing GPOs; Automation and Scripting languages / techniques such as PowerShell, Windows Command Script, or Visual Basic Script;
Experience working on deployments in environments with 10 000+ users; Experience in Device and driver management; Experience in packaging tools, such as InstallShield;
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosis skills; Positive can-do attitude with a mature and professional approach; Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills;
Fluent in English and at least an intermediate level in French. Education : 4+ years university degree in IT with 4 to 7 years of professional experience;
or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
