Master our state-of the-art EY Financial Managed Services Platform and support our overall Managed Services initiative and service teams to deliver an exceptional Managed Services experience to our clients and grow the business.

About the Job Client onboarding

  • Manage onboarding of and configuration and access for accounts and users on EY Financial Managed Services Platform in collaboration with business teams
  • Review and maintain data mapped on the platform
  • Set-up and maintain onboarding support documents namely checklists, guides and manuals
  • Create weekly reports of the onboarding status
  • Apply people profiling for tailored user content
  • Demos

  • Own EY Financial Managed Services shared mailbox and ensure timely responses to requests
  • Support in the set-up of demo meetings
  • Configure and maintain demo accounts
  • Support client demos and assist account management team in configuration (teams, logistical matters, slides, videos, demo accounts, etc.)
  • Receive and act on internal / external client feedback

  • Qualifications :
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional qualifications
  • Excellent listening abilities and experience in interacting with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language verbal and written, as well as the French and / or the German language
  • Work experience in a similar position
  • Basic understanding of Private Equity, Real Estate and Asset Management, Banking and insurance sector
  • Ability to quickly understand the focus and prioritize tasks
  • Commitment to deliver quality on time
  • Technical mindset which is considered as a strong asset
